創辦人 The Founder

澤施是一間致力於扶持兒童及其家庭、倡導正向教育、促進社區健康福祉的機構。由 Allison Lee 創立，澤施期望透過具影響力的項目與行動，凝聚家庭力量。

 同時也是香港 Mulberry Tree Group 的創辦人，她倡導進步教育理念，致力豐富幼兒的學習歷程。憑藉對社區營造與全人發展的堅定承諾，澤施努力打造一個讓兒童與家庭得以共同茁壯的環境。

Guardian Hope is a dedicated organization focused on uplifting children and their families, advocating for positive education and fostering healthy well-being within communities. Founded by Allison Lee, Guardian Hope Limited aims to unite families through impactful projects and initiatives. 


Allison Lee, also the visionary behind Mulberry Tree Group Hong Kong, emphasises progressive educational approaches to enrich the lives of young learners. Through a steadfast commitment to community building and holistic development, Guardian Hope strives to create a nurturing environment where children and families can thrive together.

我們的起點


我們的故事，始於2009年的 Mulberry Tree。一直以來，我們站在前線專注幼兒教育，陪伴無數香港家庭走過成長的每一步。正是在這裡，我們見證了孩子的笑臉，也深深體會到家長的辛酸，尤其是低收入/中產家庭及有特殊教育需要（SEN）學童家庭的挑戰。

Mulberry Tree 讓我們明白，優質教育的影響有多麼深遠；同時，我們也發現，我們想做更多、走前一步。我們將會帶著where learning is a part of life — 學習本該是生活的一部分的理念繼續走下去。

我們深信：
✅ 優質教育，不該被漫長輪候和昂貴費用阻擋。
✅ 每個孩子，無論是否有特殊需要，都值得被看見、被支持。
✅ 健康的家庭，是孩子成長最堅實的後盾。

🔭 未來願景
我們希望將多年在 Mulberry Tree 積累的實戰經驗，結合政府資助及慈善基金的力量，將服務延伸得更廣、更深。我們不再只是一間學校，而是一個能夠推動家長教育、兒童發展、社區共融的非牟利機構。
我們看見的，是一群有心有力、卻偶爾感到迷失的家長。澤施希望能與這群家長「同行」🤝🏻

我們深信，一個被理解的家長，才會有力量去理解自己的孩子。
